How long does it take to implement the Discipleship Master Plan?

The Discipleship Master Plan is not a quick-fix solution. It is a thorough, complete training program that will transform consumer-based churches into disciple-making churches.  There are several phases to this shift. However, there are some components that can be implemented within a few weeks to a quarter.
