It's an honor for me to personally express a few words of support and recommendation regarding the ministry, contributions, and dedication of Elder Melvin Santos. I've known Pastor Santos for four years and have consistently found him to be a person of deep and faithful commitment to the Seventh-day Adventist Church. That faithfulness is evident through exemplary congregational leadership that has both inspired and equipped his congregation to achieve success in its core mission of seeking and saving the lost, as well as preparing and equipping church members to proclaim, through word and deed, the Three Angels Message.

 

Pastor Santos is a leader of extraordinary skill who demonstrates a great passion for growing congregations through a proven and successful process of discipleship and leadership development. He is frequently invited to present his biblical concepts of growing leaders and assisting congregations in achieving success in evangelism, in many venues both within and outside Kentucky-Tennessee Conference.

 

Without reservation, I can attest to Pastor Santos' integrity, dedication, his loyalty to God's Church, as well as his unwavering passion to share transformational insights into how to grow and replicate disciples for the purpose of advancing the Kingdom of God. I am pleased that the resources and training that Pastor Santos has developed are now widely available for the benefit of congregations throughout North America.
