South Central Conference Discipleship Revolution
Another exciting event completed! South Central Conference of Seventh-day Adventists hosted a DMP training for pastors, church officers and lay leaders during their annual Camp Meeting on June 15-19, 2015 at the Oakwood University Campus. The priesthood of believers came, almost 100 of them, all wanting to learn how they can be used by the Holy Spirit in their churches right now. What a thrill to experience the outpouring of the Holy Spirit...to see so many people desire to become committed disciples of Jesus was an extraordinary event! Elder Roy Rugless, Prayer Ministries Director of South Central Conference stated that this was not just about discipleship...."we are starting a revolution in how we do church!" Pastor Mel Santos agreed, " Indeed, we are starting a church revolution....a very good kind of revolution that shows people how to align their lives with God's will!"
Pictured are some of the people who stayed till the very end when we realized we had not memorialized this event with our iPhones!
